He was very friendly and polite, heard our concerns and explained the approach he uses to remove pet odour. Not only did he provide us with great service but he was done in under 2 hours and squeezed us in on the long weekend. Happy to report the smell is gone and the carpets look like new. As a pet owner of 4 fur babies, I would definitely use his services in the future.
